Returns & Refunds
Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This is your statutory right of withdrawal.
To cancel, email us at [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
Condition of returned items: Items must be returned in their original condition. Singles must be in the same condition as dispatched. Sealed product must be unopened — opened sealed product cannot be accepted for return under the right of withdrawal (digital content / mixed goods exemption may apply — [SOLICITOR REVIEW REQUIRED on this specific clause for TCG sealed product]).
Return postage: You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend using a tracked service.
Refund timeline: We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
Faulty or misdescribed items (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or significantly different from its description or photographs, you have the right to a full refund if you inform us within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, you are entitled to a repair or replacement first; if that is not possible or fails, you may request a refund.
We cover return postage costs for faulty or misdescribed items. Contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL] before returning anything — we may ask for photographs of the issue.
Pre-orders
You may cancel a pre-order and receive a full refund within 14 days of placing it. After 14 days, cancellation is at our discretion. If we cancel a pre-order (for example, because stock is unavailable), you will receive a full refund automatically.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to swap an item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
How to start a return

- We will confirm the return and provide a return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship using a tracked service (at your cost unless item is faulty).
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days.
